About TechBomby
TechBomby is the managed-IT, security, and consulting service from Tech Baker LLC, based in Winter Haven, Florida. We serve businesses with 5-50 employees across Central Florida and remote teams nationwide.
We started this because the middle-market gap is real. Small businesses outgrew break/fix years ago — but the enterprise MSPs that have the right tooling won't take their calls. The middle ground that's left is "whoever's free that hour" or "my nephew handles the computers."
TechBomby exists to deliver the same RMM, security, and reporting stack that enterprise MSPs run — TacticalRMM for endpoints, Zabbix for networks, Wazuh for security event monitoring, Vaultwarden for credentials, MeshCentral for remote support — sized and priced for the 5-50 employee business.
We also still serve households on the side, because the original problem (the family member who's always the IT person) is real. That offering lives at the Care tier for $50/month — same platform, smaller footprint.
