Endpoint = anything we run an agent on (workstation, laptop, server, VM, mobile device in your asset inventory). Network gear (switches, routers, firewalls) is included in the tier. We don't double-count.

Remote discovery meeting before any project quote — 60-90 minutes, no charge. On-site discovery (walkthrough, asset inventory, photos) is a paid assessment, credited toward any work you approve. Either way, we propose scope + price in writing before any work starts.
Per-endpoint pricing is standard across the managed-IT industry. The reason: the work scales with how many things we're watching, not with your company's revenue. A 5-employee accounting firm and a 5-employee landscaping admin office cost about the same to manage.
We count endpoints as devices with our RMM agent installed. Workstations, laptops, servers, VMs. Network appliances (switches, routers, firewalls) are monitored via Zabbix and included in the tier price. Mobile devices count IF they're part of your asset inventory; BYOD phones we don't manage don't count.
Tier changes are flexible. Start at Watch while you evaluate; upgrade to Manage once you trust us with the helpdesk. Drop back to Co-Manage if you hire an internal IT lead. We re-quote within a billing period, no penalty.
They map to how a small business actually uses an evening/weekend partner: (Watch) you want monitoring and handle fixes yourself; (After-Hours/Co-Manage) you have daytime IT and want nights, weekends, and overflow covered; (Managed) you want the stack run for you and maintained off-hours. Compliance + Security is for regulated industries where documentation is real work. Project is the one-time stuff that doesn't fit a monthly plan.
Yes, on request. Month-to-month is the default; if you want a 12- or 24-month agreement we will negotiate a discount in exchange for the commitment. Typical multi-year discount is 5-10% off list, with price lock-in for the term. Bring it up during the assessment if this interests you — we will quote both options in writing.
Anything we run an agent on: workstations, laptops, servers (physical or virtual), mobile devices in your asset inventory. Network gear (switches, routers, firewalls) doesn't count as endpoints — those are included in the tier price. Smart-home gear at a household isn't counted either.
It's a flat-fee, focused audit of your environment, on-site or remote. We document your assets, flag risks and gaps, and hand you a written scope with straight pricing. The fee credits toward any work you approve, so it costs nothing if we move forward. We will NOT follow up with sales calls if you decide we're not a fit.
No setup fee. No cancellation fee. No "onboarding accelerator" line item. If we recommend hardware (NAS, switches, etc.) we don't mark it up; we tell you who to buy from. The number on the website is what you pay each month until you change plans.
Project engagements are either hourly ($175/hour) or fixed-bid quotes after we scope the work. There's no monthly subscription — you pay for the work as it's performed. Larger projects are split into milestone payments (deposit + interim + completion).
